No. Scoring logic and assessment methodology are proprietary and are never exposed to end users or licensees. Clients receive detailed PDF reports with scored dimensions, interpretive narrative, and development recommendations - but the underlying algorithms remain confidential.

Once licensed, you can administer assessments to as many clients as you want during your license term. There are no per-assessment, per-client, or per-report fees. Your only cost is the annual license.

Yes. You pay only the prorated difference between your current tier and the new tier for the remainder of your license term.

Platform access is suspended at the end of your license term. Previously generated reports remain accessible for 90 days after expiration. Renewing reactivates full access immediately.

You send your client a unique assessment link from the Ronin Coach platform. They complete the assessment online in their browser - no downloads, no accounts, no apps. When they finish, a PDF report is generated automatically and made available to you on the platform.

No. The entire platform is cloud-hosted. You access it through your web browser. There is nothing to download, install, or maintain on your end or your clients' end.

Yes. Assessment data is stored securely on the hosted platform. Client responses are accessible only to the licensed practitioner who administered the assessment. We do not share, sell, or aggregate client data.

White-Label and Agency licensees receive fully branded assessment interfaces and PDF reports - your logo, your colors, your client experience. Solo and Firm licensees receive Ronin Coach-branded reports.
