Common Questions About Licensing

What does "unlimited use" mean?
Once licensed, you can administer assessments to as many clients as you want during your license term. There are no per-assessment or per-client fees.
Can I upgrade my license mid-year?
Yes. You pay only the prorated difference between your current tier and the new tier for the remainder of your license term.
What happens when my license expires?
Platform access is suspended at the end of your license term. Previously generated reports remain accessible for 90 days. Renewal reactivates full access immediately.
